Congratulations to Sarah Fitzgerald for receiving Employee of the Month for July 2022. Sarah has been with Partners’ since 2021 and works with the Home Community Based Alternatives (HCBA) Waiver Program and Assisted Living Waiver (ALW) as a program assistant. Her work has been critical to maintaining evolving relationships between Partners and contracted vendors.
Recently, Sarah has become involved with the Assisted Living Waiver where she has enhanced the program applications and waitlist process. In addition, she assists with allocating Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE) placements through the pre and post enrollment period. Her reliable, organized, and resourceful working style has led to enhancements within each program.
Outside of Partners in Care Foundation, Sarah is the founder and operator of a non-profit organization for Animal Rescue called “Hanks Legacy Foundation”.
