Congratulations to our January Employee of the Month Mario Perez! Perez joined Partners as the 1st Tier Tech Support in August of 2021, bringing with him a year of Helpdesk support experience. He has been learning our systems quickly and has managed to work independently in a short period of time. Perez is smart, enthusiastic, and eager to learn. He possesses excellent customer service skills and always goes above and beyond.
He has been described as gracious, very professional, speedy, proactive and knowledgeable by fellow staff members. Although he has been with Partners for a short time, he has managed to add great value to the department and the organization. We are proud to celebrate the work of Mario!
