Kathryn Keogh Honored

Last Updated July 21, 2021

Kathryn Keogh has been chosen as one of Partners’ two Employees of the Month for June. She has been with the Community Wellness Department for nine years and has been the core member of the Administration for Community Living Chronic Disease Self-Management Education (ACL CDSME) grants team since 2013. Kathryn has ensured success of three statewide ACL CDSME grants that have helped bring evidence based CDSME programs to over 15,000 Californians and is currently working on a fourth. In doing so, she has built strong relationships with organizations across California and become a subject matter expert by certifying as a CDSME Master Trainer. As a Master Trainer she has trained dozens of program leaders over the years, and last October launched one of the first online Chronic Disease Self-Management Program New Leader trainings in the country. Due to her extensive experience and knowledge in this area, she is also our ACL grants “historian” and go-to resource. In addition to managing the day-to-day of ACL grants, Kathryn speaks up to share valuable insights and contributes thoughtfully to decision-making conversations. She is a wonderful team player, a wealth of knowledge, and an invaluable resource! Congratulations on the honor!
