Diana Richardson has been chosen as one of Partners’ two Employees of the Month for February. She joined Partners’ Home and Community Based Alternatives (HCBA) Waiver Program in June of 2019 as a Case Manager. Prior to that, Diana was a medical social worker for Henry Mayo Hospital assessing patients’ psychosocial, emotional, and cultural needs; facilitated stroke and brain support/ grief groups, addressed mental health and substance abuse issues, and developed discharge plans. She has experience as a program administrator where she established program proposals, policies, and reporting systems for a speech-language pathology clinic. Diana enjoys a great relationship with her participants, service providers, and colleagues. She is very organized and knowledgeable of the program and familiar with various community resources to better assist her participants. Diana has helped the management team by training new hires and assisting with special projects within HCBA. She always has a great attitude and plays a key role on our team. Diana has helped deliver food boxes to our participants and has gone the extra mile to secure the necessary care for her participants. She always maintains her professionalism even under stressful situations. Congratulations on this recognition.
