Congratulations! Cinthia Alvarez has been chosen as one of Partners’ two Employees of the Month. Cinthia joined Partners in Care Foundation’s Community Wellness Department in March 2021 as a Project Coordinator and has quickly become an asset to the team. Without hesitation, she has developed relationships in the community with site coordinators and older adult participants to engage them in the department’s evidence-based health promotion programs. Cinthia brings great ideas to her team and is instrumental in accomplishing the goals of Partners’ contract with the County of Los Angeles. While she joined Partners during the pandemic, she is a fast learner and contributes to her team’s ability to provide services to older adults both remotely and safely in-person. In collaboration with her colleagues, she has most recently taken on coordination of the Department’s Volunteer Program, engaging trained individuals to facilitate evidence-based programs, increasing impact in the community. Cinthia is well-organized, thoughtful, and responsible, and quick to help her team members out. We look forward to Cinthia’s continued career at Partners!
