Amy Adams Honored as September Employee of the Month

Congratulations to Amy Adams, Partners’ Director of HomeMeds, for receiving Employee of the Month for September!

Amy Adams has been in her role as the Director, HomeMeds since December 2013. Amy has a BS in Gerontology from the University of Northern Colorado. Prior to working at Partners, Amy was a Community Care Manager at the Texas Department of Aging and Disability and Manager, Support Services and Special Projects at the Area Agency on Aging, Tarrant County, Texas. Amy is extremely knowledgeable in the multiple roles she plays for the HomeMeds team, including marketing, assisting with the development of collateral and program materials, on-boarding and leading trainings for new clients. During the development of HomeMeds v3.0 Amy has been key in keeping the HomeMeds team on track. Amy is always gracious with our customers and during the v3.0 implementation period she has worked diligently – days, nights and weekends – to make sure that our customers are up-to-date and informed concerning the new product. Perhaps most importantly, Amy always shows up to meetings with a smile on her face and ready to do whatever is asked by the team to ensure the success of HomeMeds. Thank you Amy.
