IT Operations Coordinator

Job Title: IT Operations Coordinator
Department: Information Technology
Position: Will require some in person work.

IT Operations Coordination – 50%

  • Assist with creating efficiencies in IT operation processes.
  • Performing administrative tasks that are key to delivery of IT initiatives and services such as
    • Asset Management.
    • Quarterly User account audit
    • Procurement
  • Assist with IT projects as needed.

Salesforce Associate–50% of responsibilities – may increase as the organization grows.

  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and chat.
  • Perform simple Salesforce administrative tasks such as
    • Create and maintain user accounts.
    • Create user profiles and permission sets.
    • Create reports, forms, queries for users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to Salesforce CRM
  • Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
  • Maintain and update knowledge base articles and user guides.
  • Train new users on Salesforce CRM
  • Participate in Salesforce CRM upgrades and migrations.
  • Stay up to date on the latest Salesforce CRM features and functionality.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Intermediate skill level in Excel (formulas, lookup tables, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A proven knowledge of database principles; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
