Job Title: Director, Enhanced Care Management (ECM) Operations

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field required.

Quality Assurance Strategy
  • Lead and guide the Operations Leadership Team to ensure effective and efficient operations.
  • Provide direction and support to achieve Enhance Care Management (ECM) goals.
  • Demonstrate expertise in database management.
  • Utilize database knowledge to streamline operations and enhance data driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with the Data Team to address Payor/Program needs and ensure seamless data integration.
  • Work towards optimizing data processes to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Engage with the Software Team to address Payor/Program needs related to software solutions.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between ECM and Software teams.
  • Ensure all written communications comply with regulatory standards in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Oversee documentation processes for accuracy and adherence to compliance requirements.
  • Facilitate training sessions to ensure staff proficiency in new technologies.
  • Manage the processing of all Adhoc referrals, including those between departments.
  • Ensure timely and accurate handling of referral requests to meet organizational needs.
  • Implement and manage a self-service reporting distribution system.
  • Enhance accessibility and transparency of key performance indicators (KPIs) for relevant stakeholders.
  • Oversee and optimize the hospitalization process for members.
  • Work towards minimizing delays and ensuring a smooth and efficient hospitalization procedure.
