Job Title: Director, Enhanced Care Management (ECM) Operations
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field required.

Responsibilities
Quality Assurance Strategy
- Lead and guide the Operations Leadership Team to ensure effective and efficient operations.
- Provide direction and support to achieve Enhance Care Management (ECM) goals.
- Demonstrate expertise in database management.
- Utilize database knowledge to streamline operations and enhance data driven decision making.
- Collaborate with the Data Team to address Payor/Program needs and ensure seamless data integration.
- Work towards optimizing data processes to enhance overall efficiency.
- Engage with the Software Team to address Payor/Program needs related to software solutions.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between ECM and Software teams.
- Ensure all written communications comply with regulatory standards in a timely and accurate manner.
- Oversee documentation processes for accuracy and adherence to compliance requirements.
- Facilitate training sessions to ensure staff proficiency in new technologies.
- Manage the processing of all Adhoc referrals, including those between departments.
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of referral requests to meet organizational needs.
- Implement and manage a self-service reporting distribution system.
- Enhance accessibility and transparency of key performance indicators (KPIs) for relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee and optimize the hospitalization process for members.
- Work towards minimizing delays and ensuring a smooth and efficient hospitalization procedure.
