I understand that I will be required to attend classroom sessions Monday, September 25 – Thursday, September 28, 2023, and Monday, October 16 – Thursday, October 19, 2023. I understand that I will also be required to apply the skills in the field Monday October 2 – Friday, October 13, 2023, and to provide an attestation from my employer verifying the field experience.
