Voluntary Contribution Policy

Partners in Care Foundation receives Older Americans Act (OAA) funding through the California Department of Aging (CDA) to provide services at no cost to eligible older adults. Under OAA guidelines, clients may voluntarily contribute toward the cost of services. Contributions are not required and are entirely at the discretion of the client. Partners in Care Foundation ensures the following:

Clients can voluntarily contribute towards the cost of the services if they wish. Partners in Care Foundation’s voluntary contribution policy assures the following:

  • All collected contributions will be used to support the service program for which the client is contributing.
  • There is no obligation to contribute, and any contribution is purely voluntary.
  • Services will continue whether a contribution is made or not.
  • Privacy and confidentiality will be protected with respect to the client’s choice to contribute or not to contribute.
