Ways to Support Partners

Without you, Partners in Care Foundation could not offer our life-sustaining services to low-income, older adults and children with complex medical needs. Your generosity means that we can provide the social supports that allow these individuals to live in the community home of their choosing with safety and dignity.

Our Council for the Future

WE INVITE YOU to become a member of the Partners Council for the Future, a designation we reserve for our generous donors who have named Partners in Care Foundation as a beneficiary in their estate plan.

Planned Gifts are a very important part of Partners’ long-term financial and programmatic success. Generous donors just like you have created a lasting legacy for themselves and their families by making a gift such as a bequest, appreciated securities, gifts of retirement accounts, real estate, life insurance, a Charitable Gift Annuity, or an IRA Charitable Rollover.

Once your estate plan is complete, please allow us to thank you for your generosity and welcome you to the Council. Please complete this Council for the Future Member Profile Form and return it to us.

Membership Benefits

Your membership in the Partners Council for the Future involves no dues, obligations, or solicitations. We want to be able to thank you for your commitment and keep you up-to-date on our work and the impact that gifts like yours are making. You will also receive invitations from us to annual events specially designed for our extraordinary donors.

Company Matching Gift Programs

Does your company offer a matching gift program? If so, please request a matching gift form from your employer and send the signed and completed form to us along with your gift. Using the opportunity of your company’s generosity can double or even triple the impact of the gift you make!
