We’re proud to share that June Simmons, President & CEO of Partners in Care Foundation, was recently recognized with the Change Agent Award at the National Council on Aging (NCOA) 2025 Age+Action Conference on May 28, 2025.
This prestigious award celebrates individuals driving meaningful change to ensure every person has the opportunity and resources to age with dignity and well-being.
“It is a great honor to work with so many outstanding national leaders to build new systems that advance aligning social care and health care to improve people’s lives,” said Simmons in her remarks.
