The City of West Hollywood, in collaboration with Partners in Care Foundation, West Hollywood Community Housing Corporation and Jewish Family Service – Los Angeles, has been awarded the Social Change and Diversity Award by the American Planning Association (AMA) California Chapter, Los Angeles Section.
