Partners in Care Foundation’s growing involvement with healthcare policy reform initiatives is reflected in the appointment of two key staff members to new regional and national policy leadership roles. Partners at Home Network (Network), a network of community-based organizations (CBO) led by Partners in Care Foundation, continues to expand rapidly across California with the addition of five new members. Meals on Wheels & Senior Outreach Services in Contra Costa County, Napa Solano Area Agency on Aging, St. Agnes Medical Center in Fresno, San Diego Aging and Independence Services, and LIFE ElderCare in Alameda County joins Partners in Care and 12 other CBO’s providing coordinated social services to vulnerable people across the state.
