Partners in Care Foundation Annual Golf Classic

Partners in Care Foundation will host its Annual 2008 Golf Classic at North Ranch Country Club in Westlake Village on October 6, 2008. Proceeds from the event will help support Partners' mission to change the shape of healthcare by creating, implementing, and testing new models of care which provide quality of care and reduce costs.
