Antelope Valley Partners for Health

Antelope Valley Partners for Health (AVPH), developed through a collaboration led by Partners in Care Foundation with the Los Angeles County Public Health Department, is a not for profit collaborative of community residents, leaders, and organizations with a vision of “Healthy People in a Healthy Antelope Valley.”

After more than seven years of growth and success, AVPH has now taken a full leadership role in the Antelope Valley Healthcare Community. AVPH will continue its mission to serve as a catalyst, build community capacity and enhance community health, wellness, and quality of life for residents in the Antelope Valley region.
