Antelope Valley Partners for Health (AVPH), developed through a collaboration led by Partners in Care Foundation with the Los Angeles County Public Health Department, is a not for profit collaborative of community residents, leaders, and organizations with a vision of “Healthy People in a Healthy Antelope Valley.”
After more than seven years of growth and success, AVPH has now taken a full leadership role in the Antelope Valley Healthcare Community. AVPH will continue its mission to serve as a catalyst, build community capacity and enhance community health, wellness, and quality of life for residents in the Antelope Valley region. AVPH symbolizes an innovative community effort to improve access to health care services for multicultural, underserved, unprivileged, low-income, and uninsured residents, especially those living in rural outlying communities of the AV.
