Families At-Risk: Family Care Network

Partners in Care Foundation launched Family Care Network as a safety-net program for vulnerable and underserved children and families who face a disability, chronic condition or catastrophic life event. Because sudden injury or illness can challenge or even overwhelm families, Family Care Network enables individuals and families to overcome unexpected obstacles by providing financial resources in partnership with private donors.

Since 2001 Family Care Network has arranged for over $1.7 million in critical health and social service resources to diverse and vulnerable children and adults through its partnership with and the generosity of Change a Life Foundation and other private funders.
