Partners in Care Foundation conducted the analysis of a member satisfaction survey for Gilda’s Club. Gilda’s Club provides supportive services for women suffering from breast cancer. Nearly thirteen hundred surveys were received out of a total of 6,500 surveys mailed, resulting in a 20% response rate from seven different Gilda’s Club sites throughout the country (New York, New Jersey, Quad Cities, Nashville, Metro Detroit, Chicago, and South Florida). Overall, the respondents reported extremely favorable perceptions of their experiences with Gilda’s Club.
